CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please read carefully
When making reservations with us, you are agreeing to these terms
Please contact us via phone (806-488-2180) 24 hours in advance of your ride time for a full refund. Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
Cancellations made the day of your scheduled ride are not eligible for refund. This is because we cannot fill those spots on short notice.
Rides that are cancelled for unsafe weather conditions are refunded in full.
Refunds are NOT available to those who
Do not meet rider restrictions
Fail to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reservations
Booking errors that are not brought to our attention in advance of your desired ride date/time.
If you accidentally book the wrong date/time you must contact us at minimum 24 hours prior to your reservation to fix this. We have no way of knowing if you booked the wrong date/time, so please be sure your reservation is correct.
