DO YOU RIDE TO THE LIGHTHOUSE?
We do not ride to the Lighthouse.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

HOW LONG IS THE RIDE?
CAN I RIDE DOUBLE WITH MY CHILD?
Due to our insurance, we cannot allow double riders.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON THE RIDE?
Please bring your phone or camera to take pictures along the ride. Water or gatorade is also highly recommended.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE RIDE?
Private rides are available, please call us for more info. Restrictions apply.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES?
We don't offer group rates. If you have a valid tax ID number, sales tax can be waived.
I AM OVER THE 235 LB WEIGH LIMIT, CAN I RIDE?
Due to our insurance, we cannot take riders who weigh over 235 lbs.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Reservations are required. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
DOES THE RIDE GO FASTER THAN A WALK?
No. Our insurance does not allow us to take rides faster than a walk.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO IN THE CANYON?

CAN I RIDE MY OWN HORSES ON YOUR TRAIL?
No, our trail is not open for public use.
CAN I BRING MY DOG ON THE RIDE?
We do not allow dogs on the ride.
DO YOU RIDE IN THE RAIN OR SNOW?
We do not ride in the rain or snow due to horse and rider safety concerns. Any rides scheduled will be cancelled and riders will be issued a complete refund.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE MOUNTING BLOCK?
Our insurance requires us to have all riders use a mounting block to mount their horse. This makes it easier on both the rider and the horse.
SHOULD I TIP THE WRANGLER(S)?
Tips are welcome. Cash or card tips can be made.
DO I HAVE TO PAY AN ENTRANCE FEE TO GET INTO THE STATE PARK?
