Service Description
Know Before You Book - Children must be 6 years or older - You must weigh less than 225 lbs - No horseback riding experience required - You must check-in 30 minutes early - Closed toe shoes are required We highly recommend - Wearing jeans/long pants and a ball cap - Using sunscreen and bug repellent - Bring water, stay hydrated! We have saddle bags to carry bottles, or you may bring a camelbak.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your reservation. In the event that we may cancel due to weather conditions, you will receive a refund. Refunds are not available to those who do not comply with rider restrictions, and/or do not arrive 30 minutes early to check-in. If you accidentally book the wrong date/time you must contact us at minimum 24 hours prior to your reservation to fix this. We have no way of knowing if you booked the wrong date/time, so please be sure your reservation is correct. Refunds are not issued for booking errors unless we are notified well in advance of when you are wanting to ride.
